64-Bit Heat needed

Heat.exe needs to be x64 compiled, as well as the existing x86, to harvest settings out of x64 dlls. (it would be great to get them separately, rather than anycpu, such that we could run both, as appropriate for the dll being harvested, on an x64 machine)

Is there any known progress? Could someone please outline the steps which should be done to implement this? I have never contributed to WIX, but I need this feature pretty bad.

Heat is currently ownerless so it's pretty much limited to minor bug fixes.

This would probably be most easily implemented by piggybacking on the solution for the heat out-of-proc feature and using rundll or somesuch as a proxy process.

Heat is compiled as x86 and x64 in v4.0. How Heat will be distributed in v4 is TBD.
