The following loc string has problem which generate duplicate hotkey

Here is the problem string
wixenlistment\Dev\wix36\src\ext\UIExtension\wixlib\WIXUI_es-es.wxl
es-es: &Acepto los términos del Contrato de licencia

(Hot key for A is used for "Atras(Back)" Button)

wixenlistment\Dev\wix36\src\ext\UIExtension\wixlib\WIXUI_it-it.wxl

it-it: &Accetto i termini del Contratto di Licenza

(Hot key for A is used for "Avanti(Next)" Button)
