WiX 3.6 binaries had Lux.exe and WixLuxExtension.dll.
But WiX 3.7 and 3.8 do not install them and there are no such files in wix37-binaries.zip, wix38-binaries.zip (v3.8.305.0).
As discussed with Rob Mensching, there were no decisions about Lux removal.
