The compiler recognizes the "UI" element in the WixLocalization schema that "allows a localization to override the position, size, and text of dialogs and controls". The WixStdBA also supports this WXL feature however the corresponding element is named "Control" instead of "UI".

The responsible code is in function ParseWxlControls in src/dutil/locutil.cpp.
