Error message point to not existing sourceforge.net page

In src\tools\wix\Data\messages.xml the message UnexpectedExternalUIMessage contains the url http://wix.sourceforge.net/faq.html#Error217 which redirects to http://wixtoolset.org/about/faq/ which does not exist.

When looking through all references to sourceforge.net I also noticed that src\tools\ct\setup\ClickThrough.wxs has APR entries pointing to sourceforge.net, which should be replaced by the appropriate wixtoolset.org urls.
