Add ProductCode and UpgradeCode to BA manifest

The BA manifest file (BootstrapperApplicationData.xml) for a managed bootstrapper application does not include the ProductCode or UpgradeCode for the individual packages in the burn chain. Additionally, the productcode is not provided during the Detect callbacks, so there is no means to determine the current installer's packages' ProductCodes.

Per Bob Arnson's response here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/20506237/how-can-i-determine-the-productcode-for-the-included-products-in-my-wix-managedb, I request that these two data elements be added to the manifest file for the WixPackageProperties nodes.
