no message shown when run bundle with not admin user in passive mode

But no message is displayed when run it with not admin user in passive mode.

You can do this today with bal:Condition using the Priveleged variable.

I think you are not correct, you are mixing /passive with /quiet
If you run MSI with /qr – it will show the error.
What I want to see is the error message when running bundle with /passive by user that has no permissions to run.

We have an existing bug for the Burn engine to "fail fast" when it can't elevate. When in passive mode, the UI cannot block, so there's no opportunity to show an error message.

I was just trying to install WIX tool set using app exe, ended up with same error as above , Am not sure on where to use the Bal conidtion .
