Since the latest update to v4.0.2220.0 the torch-tool does not work anymore. I'll get the error message InvalidOperationException: Operation is not valid due to the current state of the object..

Can you provide a bit more information about how you are calling torch.exe and the command-line? WiX v4.0 is under active development and is likely to be broken at times.

I am calling the tool like this:
torch.exe -t language installer_en-us.msi installer_de-de.msi -out de-de.mst -nologo
