Currently there is a nuget package for the bin folder. The SDK folder should also be published by nuget package.

I think it would be better for each of the libraries that make up DTF (also in the SDK folder) to be separate NuGet packages. I was going to open a feature on that already since I want this for a personal project (http://psmsi.codeplex.com) so that I - and any other developers using them - don't have to actually commit the binaries to git/hg repos (expensive to update).
