When you add a Windows Installer XML Setup Project to a Visual Studio Solution that uses the Solution Template for Dynamics CRM, the Generate Wrapper feature from CRM Explorer breaks with the following error:
InvalidParameter
Parameter name: index

There seems to be an incompatability between WiX and the Dynamics CRM Developer Toolkit.
