In VS2015 with Wix Toolset 3.10.x, if I have a solution that contains a c# library project and a Wix setup project, Visual Studio fails to open a ruleset (via the Open button in the C# project properties / Code Analysis tab). There's a popup shown that contains the following:

Microsoft Visual Studio

An error occurred while loading the rule set file "<C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\Team Tools\Static Analysis Tools\Rule Sets\MinimumRecommendedRules.ruleset>".Type library exporter encountered an error while processing 'Microsoft.Tools.WindowsInstallerXml.VisualStudio.WixFolderNodeProperties, votive2010'. Error: Type 'WixFolderNodeProperties' and type 'WixFolderNodeNonMemberProperties' both have the same UUID.

OK

Once this occurs, all subsequent attempts to open a ruleset file fail, even after unloading or removing the setup project from the solution.

Thought you might want to get this fixed up.
