Light should not show ICE informational messages

Warnings are only useful if people look at them or notice them. With all the informational ICE messages like the example below, real warnings (if any) get missed:

ICE01: ICE01 - Simple ICE that doesn't test anything
ICE01: Created 04/29/1998. Last Modified 08/17/1998.

Informational messages should be suppressed or at most shown if -pedantic is passed to light.exe so that actual warnings or even errors (don't remember if we break the build on ICE errors off hand) are noticed and get fixed.

(Note: Not asking that we suppress ICE01 - though we could - just used that as an example of messages all standard ICEs emit at the very least)
