Torch yields error when trying to load wixpdbs

When trying to create a .wixmst from two .wixpdbs (products), the following is returned:

torch.exe : error TRCH0002 : Attempted to load corrupt file from path: ProductA1.wixpdb. The file with format wixpdb contained unexpected content. Ensure the correct path was provided and that the file has not been incorrectly modified.

I took a quick look and torch\torch.cs seems to be loading correctly. Will need to dig deeper, but wanted to make sure this was reported.
