Firewall extension: Couldn't enable port exception on Windows XP if the exception exists and disabled.
Example: I am trying to enable Remote Desktop port (3389), but this port exception already exists and disabled, so setup failed with error '0x80070005: failed to set exception port'.

Please add the WiX authoring you used and an excerpt from a verbose log showing the exact error message.
