AlternateResolution element (Thmutil extension)
Defines an alternate resolution to avoid scaling in different DPIs.

ImageResource (xs:nonNegativeInteger) : Identifier that references an image resource with type RT_RCDATA in the module for the control. Mutually exclusive with ImageFile attribute.
